The whole setup is four DNS records

  1. 1.

    Add your domain

Sign in with Google and enter the domain. Sendas generates your four records.

  2. 2.

    Publish the records

Paste them at your DNS provider. The dashboard checks each one and tells you exactly what is missing.

  3. 3.

    Create addresses

hr@, hello@, jobs@. Mail to them lands in the Gmail you signed in with.

  4. 4.

    Add them to Gmail

Settings → Accounts → Send mail as. One SMTP password per address, and you reply as your company.

NameTypeValue
_sendasTXT"sendas-verify=5b4ad15415ab2b29…"proves the domain is yours

Everything is an API call

Give every new hire an address on their first day, rotate SMTP passwords, or pull the delivery log into your own tools. The dashboard uses the same API you do.

Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan covers 1 domain, 5 addresses and 100 recipients a day. That is plenty for a hiring inbox or a small team.
Do you read or store my email?
No. Mail passes through and goes straight to your inbox. For 7 days we keep the sender, recipient, subject and status so you can see what happened. Message bodies are never stored.
Will my replies land in spam?
Replies are signed with your own domain and pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Recipients see your company, without a "via gmail.com" label.
When should I buy a workspace plan instead?
When you need shared calendars, drives or many mailboxes. If you only need a professional address, Sendas covers it and you keep working in Gmail.
